Customer focused attention I was pleasantly surprised to be so warmly welcomed and listened to when I brought my BMW in for its time routine check. My experience was very positive and it made me sore my 4 year old BMW more.... even though the loaner was a brand new 2019 model I never knew about. More

I have leased more than 10 BMWs in the last 20 years - and this was the easiest transaction and delivery that I have ever experienced. I especially liked the delivery - very high end and thorough. Also, I didn't have to spend hours negotiating a great deal - we only went back and forth twice and sealed the deal. I have been taking my 2017 M3 here for service for several years - and Sandy, my service representative has been very professional and friendly. I look forward to adding my X5 to her service portfolio! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy/lease a BMW or have their BMW serviced. More

Short in the wiring system Chris was a great guy!!! Unfortunately, the main problem was not solved. On the way home, the fuse blew again on the AC system. There is a problem Chris was a great guy!!! Unfortunately, the main problem was not solved. On the way home, the fuse blew again on the AC system. There is a problem within the wiring and it is hard to find. It is sad to pay $350 dollars and not get the problem solved. More
