Even being so sick with the flu, still coming into work, he gave me the utmost amazing service, answered my questions, and was so kind. I had to wait a week for my appointment just to get a loaner car, he explained the situation when I called for the appointment, I explained I am alone here and had a few appointments. Kudos for that Stan for allowing me to have a loaner vehicle. That's a Wow for me. Thank God for that. I am sick and had infusions that I couldn't miss. Thank you again. Poor customer service. I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after t I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after three hours and it was dirtier than when I brought it in. I didn’t bring it in for car wash just the $250 oil change. As I was going on a trip I asked him to do a thorough inspection and let me know if there was anything that needed to be done. As it picked my car up there was no mention of anything wrong in fact the service writer was on the phone and just handed the paperwork to the cashier. When I got to Las Vegas I read over the report and found on the back page that it stated the engine mounts haves “COLLAPSED”. Now it was Sunday and that freaked me out. Imagine you having to go through a day not knowing if your car was safe. Are you really that busy? Maybe this post will help. Rich Pomada More
