They made no attempt to convince us to settle on another vehicle; instead they found an assembly position that another dealer would trade, and got our special order in production within a few days. BMW started sending special offers a few months prior to the end of my lease, which got me thinking. I then identified the exact car I was looking for, and told Mike what I wanted. It took some time, but he ultimately found it and brought it to Palm Springs for me. With so many 'has to have' and 'cannot have' limitations, that in itself was a challenge, but then I also had 'limitations' on what I could afford. He made all of it work, and I took delivery this week on the best car I've ever owned. Bravo, Mike! More
