Mixed. Friendly people but unprepared. On Monday we agreed to purchase and scheduled to drive to dealership from Tucson on Wed. On Wed the salesman called and confirmed that we were on our way. Yet when we arrived no paperwork had been done. We had to stand around for 2 hours waiting for the line finance person. The result was that we didn’t make it home until 11pm. Next time they’ll have to give us a much better deal if they’re going to put us through that. More
