However, I would CAUTION anyone from leasing a BMW without everything in My experience with Palm Springs BMW service department (Sandra) is the best. However, I would CAUTION anyone from leasing a BMW without everything in writing. I leased a 2017 X5 (that was a demo from the wife of ? ) with 4500 miles. I was reassured that I would not be penalized for those miles. Yesterday,10/24/2019, I took the car in for an oil change and I was told that the X5 was over 36,000 miles and I would have to pay for the services. I was told verbally by the sales person, I would not have to worry. This is not true. This was verified by Jasmin at Corp BMW customer relations. Who did nothing except tell me....sorry you were misinformed by the sales person. If you lease a car with miles, get everything in writing from BMW. So, I learned my lesson. Also, that demo mileage, that I didn't not put on the X5 goes against the 50,000 miles. GET IT IN WRITING. High staff turnover. I guess the "management" is not reading 2019 reviews. There are so many 1 and 2 stars. Read the reviews.....RED FLAGS More
