michael,I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out michael, I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out to him i had picked out the car for my daughter .we went back and forth about how to get he michael, I first emailed palm springs BMW and reached out to him i had picked out the car for my daughter .we went back and forth about how to get her lower down payments .we worked that out and we headed up to palm spring from san diego .he was waiting for us.the car looked great .everything went smoothly the papers were signed and we were on our way home in 1+1/2 hours after we got there .
