I was looking for an X3 hybrid, which are hard to find, and Michael Pope worked with me over three months to locate and secure the exact model I was looking for. I didn't have to check in, he kept in touch and Michael Pope worked with me over three months to locate and secure the exact model I was looking for. I didn't have to check in, he kept in touch so I was able to make the purchase immediately when the car arrived on their lot. He also worked with me on the pricing, so I feel that I got a great deal, though this particular hybrid model is in high demand. Michael made the process easy, got all of the paperwork organized so that there were no hitches, and generally made the the experience a pleasure—and now I have an excellent car, the exact model I wanted!
