We were vacationing in the the engine light came on. We immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a device technician. After speaking to him, she advised us to bring the vehicle in to have checked out. We immediately went in and were advised that it was a minor repair, so we could wait or get a ride back to the resort. We choose to wait and only waited for about 2 hours spending our time at the Estate Sale down the street. We returned to the dealership and the repairs were almost completed. Th car was returned repaired and clean. Needless to say we were happy campers. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone visiting the desert. Ask for Savannah as your Service Rep. She is awesome. More

I was looking to purchase a hard-to-find car in a very difficult market (chip shortage). I looked all over the country for months and was fortunate to connect with Mike Pope at BMW of Palm Springs, CA (I difficult market (chip shortage). I looked all over the country for months and was fortunate to connect with Mike Pope at BMW of Palm Springs, CA (I live in Washington DC). Mike was up front, honest, and also understood the tough situation I was in. Many dealerships are selling new cars over MSRP (they call this "pricing with the market"), but BMW of Palm Springs was selling AT MSRP, even though they knew they would be able to easily sell this particular car for more. Once I committed to the car, Mike was very helpful in moving the process along. He kept in constant contact and was very responsive. He helped coordinate with the auto transport company and kept me updated the entire time. I can tell he was genuinely excited for me. My BMW experience started out poorly at two different dealerships, but I'm glad I hung in there and was fortunate to connect with Mike. Very happy with my purchase at BMW of Palm Springs; I only wish I were there, or they were here, so I could also have my car serviced there. More

I like the service writer in the service on my car was great. I appreciated the final loaner that was provided to me by the dealer. Mike was phenomenal! This was one of the fastest, cleanest, clearest and kindest car purchase experiences my wife and I have EVER had. Mike was fair and honest and direct. He definitely left us feeli cleanest, clearest and kindest car purchase experiences my wife and I have EVER had. Mike was fair and honest and direct. He definitely left us feeling like he was looking out for us and wanted to make our choices and experience pleasurable ones. I would highly recommend him and would eagerly buy my next car from him. From there we moved onto the Finance Dept. where Kevin Rock mercifully sped us through the paperwork and was very helpful and gracious in offering us additional products and services, even when we declined. Lastly, though I didn't catch his name, the gentleman or, I should say, 'BMW Genius' who helped set up our new car and guide/orient/instruct us was also very patient and helpful (and this was even while staying well past closing time). Overall...a HUGE THUMBS UP to Mike and everyone at BMW of Palm Springs!!! FIVE STAR across the board!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ More
