We've purchased two new BMWs at BMW of Palm Springs and have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional. Very satisfied with the entire process of purchasing a new BMW. The "build your own" feature was very efficient and saved everyone a lot of time. We had to order our car and was told it would take betwe new BMW. The "build your own" feature was very efficient and saved everyone a lot of time. We had to order our car and was told it would take between 6-8 weeks or longer to get the car. It actually only took three weeks. Features on the car are complex (you don't know what you don't know) and it was helpful to work with the geniuses. Only negative aspect of the purchase was the paperwork/closing process. It took way too long (3+ hours), the paperwork contained numerous errors and had to be redone several times. More
