Service center provides adequate car care in a convenient location. There are two negative aspects which seem unchanging over the years I’ve used this service center. First, the service (even routine) is location. There are two negative aspects which seem unchanging over the years I’ve used this service center. First, the service (even routine) is NEVER finished on time. On two occasions I had to leave the car overnight. Second, the service representative never communicated about the status of the vehicle, even though they have a texting system for periodic updates on how the service is progressing. This time I only found out they needed to keep the car overnight when I texted them to ask when the car would be ready. More
