When you call your service advisor for an update on the car you left for a simple service and cannot get a hold of that person, leave message that are not returned and final have to drive for 30 minutes to car you left for a simple service and cannot get a hold of that person, leave message that are not returned and final have to drive for 30 minutes to get to the dealership to find out your advisor has already left for the day, your systems have failed miserably. This is a great dealership if you are willing to pay their high asking price. When you ask if the pricing is negotiable, they respond we are already as low as we can go and priced at the bottom of the m their high asking price. When you ask if the pricing is negotiable, they respond we are already as low as we can go and priced at the bottom of the market. My research shows their pricing is high. The vehicle I am/was interested in was priced high. I was told the price was the lowest they could go as it was already below the market ( it wasn't). Over the next month they dropped the vehicles price by $3000. I again reached out and again, same response, we are already as low as we can go. The sales person I dealt with was Brad Williams. Pretty responsive, until you say you would like to negotiate, then no response! More
