Attitude. Poor customer service. Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed and they would not change it because there was not enough time between appointments rescheduled appointment then went in again and this time they wouldn't change the oil because there wasn't enough miles on the vehicle. Everything about the operation is extremely slow slow to check in and see an advisor slow to get a rental car slow to get your car washed it took 45 minutes to have the car washed this is just incredible More

Great 1 day service. My service advisor Brain was professional, friendly, and courteous. They dealership serviced my vehicle in a day. The service was affordable. And by the end of the day , my vehicle was ready. Brian went over the paperwork in detail. I would definitely drive and spend a couple days in Palm Spring to have have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Great job More

Pretty impressive stuff! Plus Ken Miller In customer service is top of the line in customer satisfaction and he is fantastic and super friendly ...all these employees make Bmw look good!!! More

In addition, I didn't have to go without a vehicle and was given a loaner car until the work on my vehicle was completed. I was worried about the friendliness of a BMW dealership, but those worries were put to a rest when I arrived. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who was a former high school student at my school to Brian!! Thank you!! More
