Attitude. Poor customer service. Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed and they would not change it because there was not enough time between appointments rescheduled appointment then went in again and this time they wouldn't change the oil because there wasn't enough miles on the vehicle. Everything about the operation is extremely slow slow to check in and see an advisor slow to get a rental car slow to get your car washed it took 45 minutes to have the car washed this is just incredible More

I was worried about the friendliness of a BMW dealership, but those worries were put to a rest when I arrived.
