My online selection was still available and car was ready for drive. It did take 4 hours to make the purchase. Some confusion at BMW Financial regarding used versus old vehicles but Kevin Rock worked hard and was persistent in making it right. More

Service was just okay. First guy wasn’t good with follow up calls when he knew I had a 3 hour drive to get to their dealership and needed to get finance info and plan my wee First guy wasn’t good with follow up calls when he knew I had a 3 hour drive to get to their dealership and needed to get finance info and plan my weekend around the purchase. They also hardly budged on their listed price- they went down only $600 on a car close to 25k which is quite lame in my opinion. And lastly, after I made the purchase and was about to walk out the door guy number 2 hands me only ONE car key. I ask him where the other one is and he says “that’s all we have.” You would think that a BMW dealership would give you the standard 2 keys that you get when purchasing a car. I excellent extend more from BMW is all. I do love the car, just wouldn’t go back. More
