Bad service I was disappointed this past visit....went in for a oil change. Oil changes have always been covered because of the service warranty. Found out a week I was disappointed this past visit....went in for a oil change. Oil changes have always been covered because of the service warranty. Found out a week later, oil change was not covered because of expiration of warranty. I received phone call wanting payment of oil change. Why this information not disclosed before I had oil change? I might not had it done there if I would’ve known oil change was not covered. It feels very underhanded. With all the information the service consultants have about the car, why wasn’t it disclosed before the oil change took place. I signed the paperwork, left and then received a phone call wanting payment. The service consultant was nice enough about it but loose ends like this doesn’t give me confidence in dealership. The sloppiness is very unprofessional. More
