In your response, I need to get my car into the shop. It's shaking when I am stopped. The noise is getting louder in the motor I've been dealing with this since may and nothing's been resolved, I do have text messages between me and Byran He stated on June 17th that he was Going to get my car in the shop.I told him to keep me updated and he never did.My warranty is up in august so I figured he's waiting to my warranty Has expired in August so I can pay all this money out-of-pocket for not getting my car fixed prior to that. I never had Any problem getting my car in and out the shop until Juan when went on vacation I hope we can get. This resolved soon as possible. I would like for my car to be full inspect it again.

When you call your service advisor for an update on the car you left for a simple service and cannot get a hold of that person, leave message that are not returned and final have to drive for 30 minutes to More
