Part not in when promised; Northwest makes up for it. I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two d I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two days while car was being tended to. Picked up my car and it was washed and vacuumed and I felt like I was getting in a new car. The personnel made me feel very special. Quite impressed!! They made the most of what could have been a very inconvenient experience. More

Service I would like to express my concerns with the service department, I brought my vehicle to the service department a few weeks ago because the car was je I would like to express my concerns with the service department, I brought my vehicle to the service department a few weeks ago because the car was jerking, stalling when I attempted to accelerate, just not functioning as it usually would, while there were no indicators on the dash to warrant a trip to the dealer I knew something was wrong with my car, so I made an appointment. The shop foreman drove it on the highway and didnt notice the problems, and stated because no indicators were on the dash he would be going in blind trying to figure out what was wrong, in which I respect, but he was able to tell me I needed brakes, rotors and 2 new tires, totally $2000.00, go figure, one day later the check engine light came on, but then went off, it did that for a little over a week and finally I decided to take it in to another BMW dealer, I was told my fuel pump had gone up and I needed to replace my o2 sensors, which made so much sense with the way my car was running. My problem is the service I've received from Northwest has been nothing but subpar, one service visit I had to bring the car back the next day because the coils were still firing,then to find out from my warranty company I was over charged so I got a credit for future BMW service, the next visit the gear shift wouldnt move, they stated they replaced it but I couldnt drive the car off the lot because the gear shift still wouldnt move, as if to say it was never replaced. Why I returned so many times, I have no clue but I just want the service department to understand as a woman who dont know a whole lot about cars it is important to make her feel at ease when leaving her car at the dealership, and when you say the work is complete, then I should be able to drive my car off the lot without the same problem I brought the car in for. More
Took my 750li in for an routine maintance check up I give this dealership 10 stars if I could very helpful in everyday from start to finish service advisor Jeremy took care of me as soon as I arrived. Following the young lady at courtesy loan desk helped me with picking out a loaner car and being helpful. Last for not least the technician who fixed my car told me everything he found on the car what needs replacing in the future and what to expect while driving the car with new updates to it. Patrick was awesome and will deal with agin in the future for servicing my car. Great job guys. More

The service department is the worst... they take advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first v advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first visit but i was charged a $140 fee.... i was than told to return the car and it would be checked for free, not really i already paid and it was not done properly. when i pick my car up i noticed my mileage was increased by almost 1,000 miles and no on can account for this... Sad part is speaking with management didn't help at all. I will never take my car there again. More
Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. They are always courteous and explain whats being done, the cost and when I can expect to get m incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. The traffic getting to and from the dealership is no fun but worth the drive for this type of service. More
Took my 2002 745li to the Northwest BMW dealership in Owingsmills Maryland for service repair. I originally bought my BMW through NW. They gave me by far the best price. Even though I live in VA, I still come back here for service. They always give me a service loaner. All the staff are polite and professional. Checkin is very fast. You don't have to wait while someone gets around to taking your car. They stay with the repairs until they are done. They are clear about the time to make them. There isn't a single DC that matches the performance of NW. The closest dealer to me takes forever to give you a service appointment if you didn't buy the car from them. It's a hassle for me to come around the DC beltway and get over to Baltimore, but it's worth the inconvenience to have my car serviced where I bought it. More
