My experience with the dealership is that the staff is highly professional, fair, and has excellent communication and responses. I recently purchased an older X5 that wasn’t in the best shape. Michelle and the service department worked with me to get the vehicle up to OEM standard. They provided me with a reliable loaner. Now, I can be confident that my X5 can get me where I need to without needing to get it serviced again for nearly two more years. I will definitely be going back for all my BMW needs. More

My car had a recall that could be fixed with a SW update (ECU reprogram). Organizing the appointment was easy and also dropping it off, very friendly and professional. They sent me a video with the results (ECU reprogram). Organizing the appointment was easy and also dropping it off, very friendly and professional. They sent me a video with the results of a multipoint inspection, nice idea to do it this way. All was fixed and done very quick. My only complaint is that they lost paperwork that I gave them in the morning when I dropped off the car. As long as I pass the emissions now without having that I’m fine. More

Scheduling was an almost mess. Four star is given however because of prompt, direct, polite communication and work done when the car was taken to the dealership. Like some machine made using old yet definitive parts, I can kind of make not so wise decision during summer and came to think of it, made my first appointment after owning/having the car for half a decade by calling which was a mistake. I tried to utilize the chat feature of the website which led me to talk to a not so bright individual. I should have and one may want to use the website interface of a standard BMW website to schedule an appointment. The amount of taxes a city receives from this German manufacturer’s accomplishment can be used to feed such scheduling people instead of having them affiliated with the name BMW. Thanks to the service advisor for a simple yet efficient experience. More
