I was in for an oil change and to adjust the alignment of headlights. I was surprised when the technician said I needed 4 new tires when my current set had just 15K miles on them. He said all 4 tires were headlights. I was surprised when the technician said I needed 4 new tires when my current set had just 15K miles on them. He said all 4 tires were 4 - 8 years old (they are actually 3) and Dry-Rotted. I had them checked out the next day at a Firestone and they said all tires were fine and no one in the shop would try to sell me tires. Still trying to reconcile this difference of opinion. I'll have Firestone look again when then rotate my tires next week. More
