When I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me even if I was looking lost reading sign to find out where to pick my car up. The lady who took my payment was not so friendly either did not greet me jus if I was looking lost reading sign to find out where to pick my car up. It could have been because I’m black or all the workers that were there have poor customer service skills. And if that’s so I guess that’s how BMW like their employees. More
