Dropped my car off at 10:15. They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I ha They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I had to wait almost a whole hour on too of the 3 I had already waited. The oil cap was not screwed on tightly which made the weird sound. It goes to show that my car was not tested or thoroughly looked at before texting me that my car was finished or handing me back the keys. Easy fix with no damage, but if I’m paying for a luxury car, I expect luxury service. More
