We always enjoy our experience with BMW of Orland Park. James “Jimmy” was through. He set up our ability to view the inspection online. Vince checked our loaner in for the return. I dropped my car off with a damaged tire due to hitting a pot hole. Once I picked my car up the following day I received the vehicle summary in my email. The summary stated I had three bent rims and I declin pot hole. Once I picked my car up the following day I received the vehicle summary in my email. The summary stated I had three bent rims and I declined repair. Also listed was I declined an oil change even though my light was on, I have a leak in my windshield washer container but I also declined repairs. I called to speak to the manager Brian who made excuses on why I was not notified of all these findings. I explained to Brian its not like I took my car to any repair shop, I came back to BMW and its a shame that you guys falsify information knowing the customer was never made aware of any issues. More
