The overall service was a lot less than desired. I understand they cannot prevent back order or the construction on site, but the communication was horrible. I did not have my new car (2024) for 26 I understand they cannot prevent back order or the construction on site, but the communication was horrible. I did not have my new car (2024) for 26 days and they never offered me a loaner until I asked about 19 days in. They waited to do other work until they got the parts for different work which delayed getting my car back when the parts they were waiting for was a couple hour fix and the other work took days. In the end I got my car back and it was filthy. I have never owned a bmw, but all other cars I have owned the service has been great and no matter what the car was in for I got an inside and outside wash More
