I sat there for 25 minutes after my car was finished. Only knew this due to seeing my car out on the lot. I had to go up to someone and ask for my keys and an update. Unacceptable. More

I'm REALLY surprised if you haven't gotten any complaints about the music that was playing the day that I was at your dealership?!! I like good music and most types if it, but feel with the customers that were there that day (I would say that most of your customers are older than younger ones?) a song that repeated F--- word wasn't appropriate and was very surprised that your dealership would have that playing?!! I won't say that I don't swear at times, but to me that's not the place for music like that.
