I’ve brought my bmw into other dealerships and was treated much better than I was at this one. No courtesy car available, the shuttle was mysteriously ‘in the city’, and they had my car for SEVEN days treated much better than I was at this one. No courtesy car available, the shuttle was mysteriously ‘in the city’, and they had my car for SEVEN days when the warranty co. approved the repairs on day two. I had to call several time to get an update from Corey and he was dismissive each time we spoke. I’ll never bring my car to this location again. More
