We had an emergency repair that had us stranded in Florida which the service department got us in to fix...kudos there. The service representative was a little high pressure when we were contemplating having the repair completed. I normally do all repairs on my car; however, as I stated earlier, we were on vacation and I didn't have access to tools, etc. In somewhat of a demeaning manner, the service representative stated on at least two occasions "sometimes it's best to let the experts take care of these things". Once the repair was complete, the service rep delivered the car to us; however, there was a new error code displayed on our screen concerning the safety restraint system. When I brought this to the attention of the service rep, at first he didn't believe me that it wasn't present when I dropped the car off. At one point he stated "dude, it's a 2013, you have to expect issues". He finally agreed to have the service technician check to see when the code initiated. After about 20 minutes the service rep delivered the car to us stating "it was a loose connection". On our drive back to Ohio, I noticed the bluetooth connection was intermittent at best and now doesn't work at all. After doing a little research, I discovered this is a common issue when the module we had replaced isn't programed correctly. So apparently it isn't always a good idea to let the "professionals" take care of these things. On the positive side, there were several employees who engaged us during our wait time and offered us a beverage or snacks and we're very friendly. More

This was our first visit to BMW for service on our Mini Cooper. Outstanding service and pricing was much better that what we have paid in the past at other service centers. For the 45 years that I have owned vehicles I have never had such great service that I recently experienced at Ocala BMW. The level of hospitality the moment we walked into the dealership, to a casual conve had such great service that I recently experienced at Ocala BMW. The level of hospitality the moment we walked into the dealership, to a casual conversation with Wheatley our Sales Agent, to the impeccable waiting area with well stocked treats, to the professionalism of the level of service was beyond expectations. In addition the inspection video raised the level of trust and comfort to the whole experience. We can’t wait to share this experience with friends nor can’t wait to return. More
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. I ordered my car last year over the phone and got it within 6 weeks as promised. Upon taking possession of the vehicle, I had a two hour training session at the dealership followed up by another two hour training session at my home. In May for my first year's service, they picked up the car and left me a loaner and did the same for the recall which they addressed this month. Everyone, from the Sales Staff to the Service Department has been absolutely fantastic. More
