Always been good but this last service experience was bad. Been trying to get repaired since December. Parts were never ordered, emails went unanswered, phone calls went unanswered, appointment was made bad. Been trying to get repaired since December. Parts were never ordered, emails went unanswered, phone calls went unanswered, appointment was made but nobody told me about it and when I called to find out why nobody was answering me they told me I missed an appointment??? I could not get any call or email back so I stopped by in person to see what was going on and was told I would get a call to set appointment in a few minutes and no call came. Finally emailed and asked to speak to svc manager and that got action More
