I just had the most amazing experience at the BMW Ocala location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. Darien is the MOST polite and professional person I’ve encountered in the customer service sector. He is so knowledgeable, he corrected a small issue with a setting, then took the time to see if there we encountered in the customer service sector. I bought my BMW X7 from BMW of Ocala in the middle of the pandemic. The sales people were wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience that I take it back to the dealership for all service work even thoug pandemic. Actually, they come and pick it up because they're that good! The service people, Robert in particular, are outstanding; they're knowledgeable, courteous and have never made me feel stupid or that I was being cheated, unlike a dealership in Orlando where I take one of my exotic cars for service. 5 5 Gage Ball is an excellent service advisor. Him and BMW of Ocala, always put their customers first. There's always a nice greeting, and smiling faces all over. Gage always takes care of all my issues that I might be having with the car, and I have never heard a 'no' or 'can't' from him. He goes above and beyond. Best person! James Jupiter and I speak from time to time about how my experience has been so far and what can he do to make it better. He keeps me updated about new cars.
