I just had the most amazing experience at the BMW Ocala location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. I’ve never owned a BMW, and was completely surprised by th location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. I’ve never owned a BMW, and was completely surprised by the professionalism and knowledge of two employees that I dealt with while at the dealership. I am now sold as a lifetime customer on BMW vehicles because of Darian and Emanuel. These two gentlemen went out of their way to give me the best customer experience I have ever had anywhere. More

Robert was excellent and remedied our windshield wiper issue with new blades and washed our windshield inside and outside. Robert is always friendly and helpful. Darien is the MOST polite and professional person I’ve encountered in the customer service sector. He is so knowledgeable, he corrected a small issue with a setting, then took the time to see if there we encountered in the customer service sector. I bought my BMW X7 from BMW of Ocala in the middle of the pandemic. The sales people were wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience that I take it back to the dealership for all service work even thoug pandemic. Actually, they come and pick it up because they're that good! The service people, Robert in particular, are outstanding; they're knowledgeable, courteous and have never made me feel stupid or that I was being cheated, unlike a dealership in Orlando where I take one of my exotic cars for service. I can't recommend the service department highly enough at BMW of Ocala. Thank you Robert for such great customer care! More

5 5 Gage Ball is an excellent service advisor. Him and BMW of Ocala, always put their customers first. There's always a nice greeting, and smiling faces all over. Gage always takes care of all my issues that I might be having with the car, and I have never heard a 'no' or 'can't' from him. He goes above and beyond. Best person! Bobby Watts always does after service checks to make sure everything was to my content. And is a great guy also. James Jupiter and I speak from time to time about how my experience has been so far and what can he do to make it better. He keeps me updated about new cars. James is another excellent human, and it's just great to talk to him in general. Vitaliy Krutchenko wished me a happy birthday and I really appreciated the gesture. Another great guy. I found Brent to be professional, affable, and provided service well above my prior experiences with other service BMW centers. Now residing in Ocala, I will definitely be taking my X5 to Brent for all my future service needs. More
