After all the vehicles I have purchased/serviced thru the years, I find it refreshing that I can return to this dealership and deal with the same saleman and/or service support professional, It's been about years, I find it refreshing that I can return to this dealership and deal with the same saleman and/or service support professional, It's been about 7 years! Other dealerships tend to have a high turnover rate, but Northwest seem to keep its core staff intact which raises my trust and comfort level. More

All I can say is wow. I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I purchased a used 740iL and after 60,000 miles the transmission went out. Unlike most dealerships that would have told you, tough this dealership. I purchased a used 740iL and after 60,000 miles the transmission went out. Unlike most dealerships that would have told you, tough luck, they offered me full trade in value as if nothing was wrong. I was amazed. Jim Teeter and Kindi Stone were just amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things. In today's world, most lots are just about pushing the sales and don't worry about the service. From the 24 hour test drives, to even picking clients up at the airport when they come in, this dealership truly offers superior service, before and after the sale. Thanks and you will see me again! Horrible customer service! They lost the key to my bike rack when I had my car in to get new tires. They were given the bike rack key, along with the burlap bag that the key comes in and all the manufactur rack when I had my car in to get new tires. They were given the bike rack key, along with the burlap bag that the key comes in and all the manufacturer instructions (which also turned up missing), so that they could loosen it up for me so that I could take it off. My calls weren't returned and they acted totally unapologetic about losing it. I can't open my trunk with my bike rack in place--a huge inconvenience! This place will not get my business anymore. I will go to Springfield--where I don't have to worry about anything turning up missing. More

Over the last couple of years, I've bought two vehicles from these guys, a 2009 535ix and most recently a 750i, plus I leased an X3 from them in the past. Sales though service has done nothing but treat me from these guys, a 2009 535ix and most recently a 750i, plus I leased an X3 from them in the past. Sales though service has done nothing but treat me like gold at every turn. I'm an old guy and have purchased most every type of vehicle from Ford, Pontiac, Chevy, Mercedes and even another new BMW from a larger dealer, but BMW of Northwest Arkansas has been the most painless and actually a pleasant no bull buying experience. I also consider their service department second to none. More
The staff at the dealership were wonderful. They were informative and helpful and never pressured me to make a purchase. They allowed me to take the car home for the night to introduce the car to my family and this helped close the deal. The dealer's website is fantastic. The car came to me very clean and looking new. I went in to price a new car I had been to other luxury car dealers in the nwa and Tulsa area. Aaron Anderson was by far the best salesman at any of the dealers I had visited. He was enthusiastic and knew car dealers in the nwa and Tulsa area. Aaron Anderson was by far the best salesman at any of the dealers I had visited. He was enthusiastic and knew everything there was to know about the suv I wanted to purchase. He also answered every question I asked and was very personable. He was fun and made the experience a very good one. Needless to say I bought the suv because I absolutely fell in love with it and I owe most of that to the great customer service of the BMW of nwa. The BMW of Northwest Arkansas service folks are very helpful, gave me their full attention, and offered sound advice. I give them good rating all around. The salesman came to my car, invited me in, but immediately started "dogging" my car. He left me to sit a full 15 minutes while he looked for the price of the car I was interested in. He came back and handed me a piece of paper with the amount of a trade for my car! I was not only surprised, but insulted. I had not told him I was interested in trading. I later found out the amount he offered was much less than NADA, Edmunds, etc. lists as trade-in value.

After a few days, I decided I had a bad salesman, and shouldn't hold that against the whole group. I called (about the same car) and the salesmen were watching a ballgame. The salesman I was trying to speak to called out to another salesman, "You lose, (whatever the man's name was), HAHAHAHA, you lose." By this time, I knew what I was dealing with and thanked the man for his time. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The salesmen need to work back in the service dept. for a while to pick up some pointers on common courtesy.
More
