I did not purchase my vehicle there so I was expecting to feel a bit looked down on, but it didn't seem to make a difference to them. More

Terrible Experience- Everyone BEWARE of this Dealer. I have done business with this dealer since 2001- all BMW were purchased new through them. I have recommended them to friends and family, who also ha have done business with this dealer since 2001- all BMW were purchased new through them. I have recommended them to friends and family, who also have purchased from them. I agree with Sarah G. in the review above- don't be fooled by their fancy snacks and ratings!!!! They are not locally owned, and do not care about their customers. This dealer kept my BMW for over a month- basic repair and during this time had killed my battery(due to neglect). They charged me $600.00 for the battery that they had ruined. They will lie, cheat, and make excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their prices are inflated and they price gouge their customers. Sarah is correct about the time allowed for basic repair(they kept my BMW X5 for over a month). I talked to Jim Teeter(General Manager), Dahlia(Service Adviser), and Richie(Service Manager)- they are dishonest and will lie to cover their mistakes. This dealer has lost my business- of course they know this. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!! More
