He never pressured me he took me to look at the two cars that I looked at. We took them out and test drive them. I locked into the car I wanted. He got me down to the payments I could afford. He was friendly and he made the experience for my first time very pleasant!! More
Don't go to this Dealership for Service or repair RUN! My car was perfect, I would say flawless, it is a 2012 BMW Active Hybrid (very rare) only 19K miles on it. I let BMW convince me into bringing my car My car was perfect, I would say flawless, it is a 2012 BMW Active Hybrid (very rare) only 19K miles on it. I let BMW convince me into bringing my car in for a Recall , (they called it a Customer Care pkg)That was my biggest mistake EVER! Well it went downhill from there. Car was driven recklessly , technician damaged my car. I was told he hit a Pot Hole and blamed it on the construction. I was also informed by Gil the Service Advisor the Guy was reprimanded for damaging my car. Lets list some of the unacceptable behavior that went on with my car, When my car would be returned to me, I got cheerios in my back seat floor board, Black greasy hand prints on my interior , someones personal CD left in my CD Holder, Scratches all over my wheels, Several gashes on my drivers door, car vibratesnow. Bent rims, car pulls to the right, it went from 19k miles to 24 k miles all for taking in a car for a recall. Damage on my front windshield, Horrible window tint job, Damaged electronic screens, Damage underneath my car , from what Gil said it was the Tow Truck driver, Parts underneath my hood are busted, A few of the items they did repair with an apology but for the most part, all I continue to get is the polite run around. Please go to a Dealership who appreciates and knows how to service a BMW. Do your self a favor and don't go here. Oh and let me tell you about the loaner they gave me. The side had been sideswiped, the interior smelled of a wet dog and lots of dog hair in the car. The perfect car for someone who is allergic to dogs. WOW! More

Look elsewhere for a good deal or for service. I've been a customer of BMW of NWA for just over a year, now, and it's been a really mixed bag. It's hard to separate out the various aspects of a bus I've been a customer of BMW of NWA for just over a year, now, and it's been a really mixed bag. It's hard to separate out the various aspects of a business as they are all somewhat independent of each other. As such, I'll try to break it down to three areas: sales, service, and the car itself. Sales: The sales staff is friendly, helpful, and they have treated me with respect. I still speak regularly with my salesman and think he's genuine. Don't expect to get any kind of a good deal, though. You'd do much better elsewhere. This drug them down in my mind. On the other hand, I would rate the rest of the sales experience as above average. I've done a lot of buying and selling of cars with a wide range of brands/models, including Cadillac, Infiniti, Mercedes, GMC, Chevrolet, Land Rover, etc., and post-sale experience was better than those. Combining the above average post-sale care and the below-average willingness to negotiate on price/trade-in value, and they come out around average. Rating: 3 out of 5 Service: Unfortunately, I've worked extensively with the service department and know several of them by name, and they me. Though the service managers have always been hard working and courteous, trying to make things right as best they can, you get a definite sense that they have no real authority to do anything. They are simply there to handle basic service and to serve as a buffer between the customer and management. To their credit, they do try to "make it right," but they have almost no ability to do so. One of those A for effort, D for results affairs. The few times I've dealt with their boss, I was left feeling like I was a nuisance. He has an amazing gift to make you feel like you've done something wrong just by being in his service department. If his goal is to make you uncomfortable asking how they plan to correct the situation, he is succeeding. I almost feel like I need to apologize for bothering him. If you're looking for friendly, genuinely concerned management, look elsewhere. Add to this the fact that the mechanics don't seem to be particularly competent, often forgetting basic service items like topping off windshield washer fluid, and the fact that they frequently have to repair their own repairs to finally make it right, and I've begun to doubt them quite a bit. Every time I bring my car in, I dread finding out what else is wrong and how many more weeks I'm going to be without my car. No matter what is going wrong with the car, even it is fine, they always find some way to make it worse. It's typically not their direct fault, just a comedy of errors. Rating: 1 out of 5 The Car: I knew I was taking a major risk purchasing a BMW. They are notoriously unreliable as a brand. Yet I went ahead and tried them, hoping that I would be an exception to the rule. I was wrong. At this point, I've owned my particular model 14 months. In that time, I have spent about 2.5+ months driving a loaner BMW from the dealer. Multiple trips to the shop for repair have led me to believe I don't so much own my BMW as much as I simply share custody of it with the dealership, being permitted visitation rights for short periods of time. I'm considering asking them to help with the payments. On the plus side, I've probably driven more than half the models BMW offers by now in the form of loaners. It's a constant source of humor at work what model I'll be driving any given day. I do like the vehicle, though, as it does what I needed it to do. It's quiet, rides nicely, handles superbly, and has plenty of power and room. It even gets decent gas mileage for what it is. That's what saved this part from being a lower score. Rating: 2 out of 5 Overall: I like my car. When it works, it works well. At this point, though, I hate driving it. Every time I get in it, I wonder what will go wrong. Every time I take it in for a simple service, I wonder what BMW of NWA will mess up next. I was hoping to keep the car for a long time, but now I'm looking for a way to escape this trap. It's not me, BMW, it's you. You're high maintenance, high cost, and constantly in someone else's garage. The thrill is gone, baby. You know you've done me wrong. More
Exceptional Personal Service Service manager Richie H has assembled an exceptional team of service professionals from knowledgeable service writers to experienced technicians. I t Service manager Richie H has assembled an exceptional team of service professionals from knowledgeable service writers to experienced technicians. I trust these guys with more than my BMWs, and bring the family's Audi, Toyota and Italian sports cars to BMW of NWA for service, tires and accessories. When I recently purchased an M4 the service team was as enthusiastic about helping spec out the car as the sales team. These guys make owning and maintaining fine motorcars fun. More

Nicest guy ever! I dealt with Shaun Livar at grapevine dodge Chrysler jeep and he made me feel as if he ACTUALLY cared unlike other dealerships. I think if more people I dealt with Shaun Livar at grapevine dodge Chrysler jeep and he made me feel as if he ACTUALLY cared unlike other dealerships. I think if more people were like him, there would be less old and unreliable cars on the road today. Thanks Shaun! More
