Thank you for your feedback. I have reached out to you and your husband to discuss this and left you both messages. Please call back at your earliest convenience. It does appear that we fixed the vibration in the steering wheel that you showed our Service Advisor when dropping off the vehicle but unfortunately we did not connect your complaint to the normal operation lane departure warning system features. I am glad you discovered that feature on the way home. Due to the confusion on our part and to assure you that we do the best for all of our customers and that we can be trusted we already issued a refund for the diagnostic fee. I would still like to further discuss and ensure you are happy so I will try to reach out to you again. Also, since you are new to this vehicle we can set up a time for our BMW Genius to go over all of your vehicle's features if you would like. Update: apparently there was a part that malfunctioned. It seems in the “heat of the moment “ I wrote a negative review on this dealership that should have waited post diagnosis! The dealership was eager to resolve the issue and stayed in contact to ensure my satisfaction. I did apologize to the service advisor and now to the dealership via this web site. I do recommend this dealership and give them a high rating as they do care about customer satisfaction.
