I took my car in for the end of lease service on my 4301x convertible. I requested a higher series rental as I am looking at the I7 and Panamera. They set me with up a 3 series - it was like a VW Jetta (awfu convertible. I requested a higher series rental as I am looking at the I7 and Panamera. They set me with up a 3 series - it was like a VW Jetta (awful), First strike. I asked them if they could clean the car when service was completed but they did not touch the inside. Second strike. After I paid $1,600 the young service rep came up to me and said "you left some gum wrappers in the loaner car can you go pick them up?" I looked at him and said to myself did he really just ask me that? Third Strike! This may seam trivial to BMW but I can guarantee that I would not have been treated this way at the Porsche dealership. Certainly did not entice me to stay with BMW of North Haven. More

From scheduling an appointment with Megan, to the greet and writeup with the ser service department led by Ashley R. and her team are second to none.
