I was charged $449. 43 to “turn off a check engine light” I brought my car because it was “overheating” they had my car for a week told me it was fixed and within 10 minu 43 to “turn off a check engine light” I brought my car because it was “overheating” they had my car for a week told me it was fixed and within 10 minutes of driving home my car was overheating on the highway. When I called they said bring it back I brought it back and they tried to not give me back the loaner car I had because “other people are waiting to be able to get loaner cars too” Nick then had someone else speak with me and give me back the loaner car instead of communicating with me. I left my car with them again told them I wanted a refund for whatever they charged me for being that it wasn’t what I specifically told them was wrong but they would not refund me and told me I paid to get it turned off not anything fixed 😂 they then instead of me coming in like I always do called me and wanted to drop my car off to me instead of me coming in which was weird they never offered anything of the sort before. My car was dropped off to me with the seat broken. They now are claiming it was like that which it wasn’t and won’t fix it they now want to charge me another few hundred dollars just to fix something they broke. Overall terrible experience and I will not be returning. Still no refund because they’re claiming I signed for just a light to go off but when I was speaking with them before signing I specifically told them what my car was doing and it had the warning on the screen at time of drop off but they told me I hadda pay for diagnosis regardless so I signed to agree to that and now they’re using that to say that means just turn the light off. So apparently because I’m not a mechanic and don’t know the proper ins and outs of what should be on a paper I get scammed out of $449.43 even though I specifically told them my car was overheating what a loop hole. More
