My appointment was to wait for tires to be put on while I waited and was told if I got to the shop early, they could take care of me quickly. I arrived early, I waited 5 hours and saw people come and go and waited and was told if I got to the shop early, they could take care of me quickly. I arrived early, I waited 5 hours and saw people come and go and my car was still not done. I talked to my contact who immediately checked on things, he said the order was placed that I would wait, I said yes, I would wait but not all day. I was supposed to wait because you didn't have a loaner, but I was supposed to come and get it done as soon as I got here. it was not to wait indefinitely. He had immediately ordered me a car, which they did not have available when I got there, but I knew that when I made my appointment. Because a car was returned, it was offered to me. I was able to make my afternoon appointments but had to drive back to the shop to get my car when it was completed. They left my newer tire of 6 months in the trunk as I asked for initially for a spare, they provided me the rebate which I was told I would receive if I purchased 4 tires when I only needed 3 and all was as expected otherwise. I chose to get 4 new tires, get the rebate and have a spare since the difference was only $150 or so. My car exterior was cleaned and my interior was vacuumed. Overall satisfied with the results, but I would have given a perfect score, had they come to me after 2 or even 3 hours if it was going to take longer than expected or if they offered me a loaner car earlier, so I could go have lunch at 1 instead of 3 pm. More

Alison was very helpful and pleasant. My only issue was her not asking me if I wanted to keep my two tires that they removed as spares- they were good for 4 new months.
