The dealership is professional and easy to work with but I had an amazing saleswoman who help me the whole entire way of the process. I have had my 2017 X1 for service twice since owning in Sept 2020. The 1st service in November was one that should have been completed before vehicle delivery, the computer needed reprogramming as engine Sept 2020. The 1st service in November was one that should have been completed before vehicle delivery, the computer needed reprogramming as engine had high rpm when idling. The second service, while the vehicle only needed an oil change and we dropped of on a Thursday evening. Phone calls never came from dealer until I inquired, and was told I would get a call after 3:00, that did not happen, my wife inquired on vehicle status and was told it would be ready by the time we picked up after 4:30. We got a call 10 minutes before arriving saying it was getting washed etc. On arrival the inspection was not reviewed by service, and it took a phone call a week later to get the inspection report, which prompted the survey. By the way, the car was not ready as I was then told outside it was going to be washed and waited another 10 minutes. This and the Sirius issue/question was asked was not answered until I was driving away. Overall very disappointing on how customers are treated like cattle in/out without , so far in my 2 visits a discussion on what the service entailed. More
