I went to a non dealer ship service shop , same day you returned my car to me and 10 minutes he found the issues with out even taking the car off the ground and showed me data on how these poorly designed elements are being ignored. I had a great experience my car was having trouble and unsafe for me to drive. Don took really great care of me and my BMW. They gave me a loaner at no extra Cost it was a brand new x3 which I enjoyed whi unsafe for me to drive. Don took really great care of me and my BMW. My car was returned to me in great condition safe to drive And I received some discounts on the bill. I had been going to another BMW dealership since 1995 but they did seem interested in selling me a BMW at a fair price. Stephanie is super pleasant, knowledgeable and customer service focused.
