Excellent service, very transparent about repairs found during inspection. Their use of technology to update stays is great. Texting and video showing what is needed is very helpful. The negative is the pricing charged for even routine maintenance like oil changes, spark plug changes. I had three tires changed and was charge $403 per tire. I looked up the exact tires at Town Fair tires and they were $300 per. Had I know this I would not have purchased tires at BMW North Haven. More

I was having trouble with my car STARTING. I made an appointment for that and a oil change. After 1 hour, I was called and told “we can not replicate the problem, do you want to pay another ho I made an appointment for that and a oil change. After 1 hour, I was called and told “we can not replicate the problem, do you want to pay another hour for diagnosis?” I say YES. I was called again saying a wire was chewed through somewhere, and they were going to tape it. The bill was almost 700.00. The problem kept up until the car left me stranded. Guess what? The car was having trouble STARTING because it needed a new STARTER! Kind of o virus huh? More
