Everything is great - if they listen and write in tbe notes what the problems are. I leased the X3 a year ago - the spare key and rear windshield wiper gave us issues from day 1. Terrible. Brought in 2 vehicles for service; Vehicle 1 left in lot from Thursday night to Tuesday because service writer “could not find vehicle… then could not find keys?!” Vehicle 2 rear diffuser lost left in lot from Thursday night to Tuesday because service writer “could not find vehicle… then could not find keys?!” Vehicle 2 rear diffuser lost or dislodged by service tech. What is the likelihood that removing an exhaust and a lost or dislodged diffuser are not connected. We we’re good customers of your dealership. More
Best service! I was there on a rainy day. The Loaner vehicle was ready to go.
