My service representative was unresponsive and dishonest about the timing of a replacement part. He said he would call, and he didn't. He said the replacement part was in, and it was lost. As a result, my family's travel plans for Labor Day weekend were ruined. I am looking at purchasing my next BMW at a different dealership. The only saving grace was the shop foreman who finally took over the case. I have been with this dealership for - literally - decades, and I am aghast at the drop in the quality of the service department. This last visit was the end of it for me. More
Customer service could be improved. There was no communication. I was made to feel like it was my fault my car was back less than 2 months from my last appt for the samething. There seemed to be no consideration as to the fact that I had already paid to get this issue resolved. Getting a loaner was something I had to ask for even just to get a ride to work. Brendan is a very trustworthy and motivated salesman without any pressure. My fiancé is now debating on buying a BMW and there is no doubt he’d use Brendan at North Haven BMW.
