This dealership bats 1000 on all aspects: environment, inventory, service, and knowledge and of their cars. In my case I am specifically talking about Ellen McHenry, my sales consultant. Overall however my interactions with business and financial as well as service and reception have been incredible. These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help in any way possible. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from BMW of North Haven in the past 11 years and have continually been more than satisfied. I do the 45 mile drive to North Haven even though there are BMW dealerships much closer to me primarily because of the quality of staff. I couldn't be more satisfied. More

He took the time to understand what I needed and found the perfect car for my wife initially, then he found the perfect car for me! He is extremely knowledgeable about his products. Extremely good follow up, checked in a few days after the initial car purchase and checked in the very next day after the second car purchase. Extremely honest guy with no agenda except to get you into the vehicle you want and need. All the staff there are extremely nice and won’t push you out of your comfort zone. I know where I’m going for my next car purchase! More
If a claim for damages goes through an insurance company, you are not treated like a cash-paying customer. The service advisors tell you that loaner vehicles are for „BMW customers and BMW repairs”. Even if you are not treated like a cash-paying customer. The service advisors tell you that loaner vehicles are for „BMW customers and BMW repairs”. Even if you bring a BMW in for repairs after an accident, you are not considered to be a BMW customer worthy of the level of service otherwise accorded to those who pay out of their own pockets Shame on BMW! Over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and fixing a few codes. My car was seen driving at least 3 times while I was waiting.. I was told it was to calibrate my seats.
