If a claim for damages goes through an insurance company, you are not treated like a cash-paying customer. The service advisors tell you that loaner vehicles are for „BMW customers and BMW repairs”. Over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and fixing a few codes. My car was seen driving at least 3 times while I was waiting.. I was told it was to calibrate my seats.
