By far the worst experience at a car dealer I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to stay away. My car was damaged on 2 separate occasions following warranty being denied had. I would strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to stay away. My car was damaged on 2 separate occasions following warranty being denied under the N63TU class action suit after being proven multiple times "by BMW directly". The car was sent to their body shop where it appears a toddler attempted the repairs. After I brought the incredibly poor repairs to their attention I was told that was as good as it was going to be because they were "only responsible for a repair which is what I got". I suppose I can blame the wheel repair on dent wizard as they performed it, but the repairs should have been inspected by the dealership before it was returned to me as the service manager promised that they would do. They left tape lines, poor prep and mismatched color on a brand new wheel damaged on BMWs test drive. Pretty on par with the quality of repairs to the bumper, but not so much the lack of repairs to the scratch they put in the passenger fender. I understand when issues arise, but there is absolutely no excuse for such sub par repairs after the car was damaged in their possession, and to attempt to justify the lack of quality is outrageous, and pathetic from a BMW dealership. More
