This was my first visit to BMW after 15 years at Mercedes. While everyone was pleasant, i thought 2 hours for an 8:30am appt for an oil change was excessive. Very disappointed when. Presented my $50.00 gift card to my service adviser and she said I could only use it for something that was broken. Not for the oil change and brake line flush which cost $350.00. Ve my service adviser and she said I could only use it for something that was broken.
