Very disappointed when. Presented my $50.00 gift card to my service adviser and she said I could only use it for something that was broken. Not for the oil change and brake line flush which cost $350.00. Ve my service adviser and she said I could only use it for something that was broken. Not for the oil change and brake line flush which cost $350.00. Very misleading. it’s things like this that make us think about going to another dealership for our next BMW and service. The email clearly states that you can use the card for your next service! More

Not very attentive or organized (maybe due to COVID). As a client, I felt like I have to stay on top, calling/checking on progress.
