Great costumer service. Basel, our Sales Associate was great, the SUV we bought was not in at the dealership at the moment, however he showed us one just like it in a different color, test drove it, showe great, the SUV we bought was not in at the dealership at the moment, however he showed us one just like it in a different color, test drove it, showed me us all the functions with patience and professionalism. Once my SUV was in he had it ready to go. I got top dollar for my trade and I was not gouged for thousands of dollars over MSRP like other dealers are doing. Great experience!! My original service of replacing my tires was within expectations. My concern with the service lately is I don’t find them going above and beyond like I have experienced previously as a BMW owner at BM expectations. My concern with the service lately is I don’t find them going above and beyond like I have experienced previously as a BMW owner at BMW of North Haven. I had asked if there was anything they could do to help get the coffee smell out of my passenger side carpet and mat. After having to ask, I was told that the carpet was scrubbed. When I got the car back the mat was in the same exact stand up position that I had left it in, the carpet wasn’t even damp and the smell is still present. And after sharing that with my advisor there was no reply of anything that can be done to rectify the issue. More
