Appointment was at 830, took me at 840 and didn't finish until 1050. Was assured twice that they needed ppl to anticipate 1:20, but running over 2 hrs felt excessive to me for an oil change. Upon pick up car was out in back in snow, not started not cleaned. Had to ask an employee for an ice scrapper and clean car and wait for ice to melt.
