Service was scheduled a month and a half before, at earliest drop-off time. I did receive a loaner (thank you). The first loaner was immediately returned - it showed a "Service Engine" light on. I requested car be kept inside because of important items in my backpack. Rep said car would be put inside. Found car the next morning out on the lot, covered in frost. Canceled the service and retrieved my car. Someone else will manage to get it done. More

There service advisors and everyone involved were all very respectful and friendly. I just wouldn’t recommend bringing your care there for diagnostic if you only have one car and need it back. I booked my appointment a month in advance (soonest appointment available) dropped my car off and still waited about 3 days until it even got in the shop once the issue was finally diagnosed they did resolve the issue fairly quick but I still was without my car a week. Ryan Aldrich is THE BEST! He is honest and trustworthy. I am so fortunate to have gotten him as my sales person. If you had to choose anyone as your go to guy for your dealership, he is the one. I was devastated that Ryan wasn’t the one I bought the car from. When I told Ryan, he was completely understanding and very happy for me. Well….Karma is a powerful thing! This turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE! The salesman at this other dealership was misleading and vague and it turned out that the car I bought did NOT have what I needed! So, a few months later, I contacted Ryan and he jumped all over it!! He found me the absolute PERFECT car!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m glowing from the inside out.
