Didn’t seem organized upon pick up because some pages of vehicle report were missing and had to get reprinted. However, was very accommodating with dropping off the loaner car outside of service hours, thou vehicle report were missing and had to get reprinted. Service was scheduled a month and a half before, at earliest drop-off time. I did receive a loaner (thank you). The first loaner was immediately returned - it showed a "Service Engine" light on. I requested car be kept inside because of important items in my backpack. Rep said car would be put inside. Found car the next morning out on the lot, covered in frost. Canceled the service and retrieved my car. Someone else will manage to get it done. More
