A repair that was done in-correctly was CORRECTED and the service advisor the second time was a GEM, he understood the issue and had in corrected in a timely manner. Didn’t seem organized upon pick up because some pages of vehicle report were missing and had to get reprinted. However, was very accommodating with dropping off the loaner car outside of service hours, thou vehicle report were missing and had to get reprinted.
