Prescheduled appt and service dept was unprepared and understaffed. Kept the car for several days for routine oil service. Key FOB batteries are dead and were replaced for free last year now charging $35 understaffed. Kept the car for several days for routine oil service. Key FOB batteries are dead and were replaced for free last year now charging $35. Finally, the interior wasn’t cleaned as it has been during all of my previous service appointments.
