I was treated very well at BMW of North Haven. The Sales Advisor, Basel Saad, with whom I worked, was cordial and very helpful in "moving" me through the leasing process. The service was satisfactory. It would have been helpful if I was ca,led when the service was completed instead of my having to call inquire. I did have a bad battery and t might have been better to have shut the car down and restart it with a jumper as opposed to letting it idle and using half a tank of gas. The actual invoice and the phone quote were equal but I had expected $800 for parts and $400 for part; the invoice was $400 for parts and $800 for labor. More

My Service Advisor Donald is knowledgeable and very nice a wonderful person, The Service is Quick and on point , The customer service people behind the counter are very nice but they need some type of shirt a wonderful person, The Service is Quick and on point , The customer service people behind the counter are very nice but they need some type of shirt or jacket with the company logo, So you will know they work there, This is BMW they need to look more professional, also the car loner option is not good for the amount of money BMWS cost !!Overall all its a great place to get your car fix.
