The people at the dealership were good. The reason I brought in my X3 was no Audio Cross Traffic Alert. I was told that this is the way it is. We will be looking to trade it in for a different manufacture. It only has 650 miles. We are in our mid 70's and need this safety feature. More

Very friendly staff. Brought my car in for Service and had a loaner for almost a week. That was a life saver.
