Usually an excellent experience in service but it fell short this time around with a reading I received via my phone (technology is way over the top!) and I felt more could have been offered by way of goi short this time around with a reading I received via my phone (technology is way over the top!) and I felt more could have been offered by way of going beyond relying solely ON the technology and maybe giving it a go with the former timely method of thinking things through. AFTER I left and giving it thought and talking to some died hard BMW owners, the opinion was an offer to keep the car BUT the loaner issue may have BEEN an issue having to tie it up ad infinitum. "The car had advised" to charge the battery so I did and apparently technology only goes so far because that fault, which had been thrown twice, was not "saved" and having charged it, as instructed, nothing could be found so now I wait for another notification of a "severely discharged battery" and THIS time I will go through the inconvenience of having the car flat bedded and NOT following the instruction to either drive the car 30 minutes to charge it or hook it up to a battery charger.I waited 3 weeks for this appointment even based on this notification never imagining the fault would not be held in memory; and, if my request for a loaner is based on that wait, I will still have the car flat bedded to the dealer and beg or borrow a car from my circle of friends in the interim and ask that I be put on the list for the next available loaner More

No good will funds to help out a senior citizen and former North Haven educator either. They don’t care about me or my long term connection to the dealer. BMW Corporate was kind to me but asked me to go back to appeal to the dealer. Service manager was detached and non caring . He chose to not intercede. BMW corporate was surprised at the dealership inability to use their good will fund to help people like me in a real jam. Also they did not give real figures at the onset, failed to follow through on the loaner and I had to beg for a shuttle run to get my car back several days later. Not a good look. I must say that Stephanie Mis mas , in sales is the only bright spot in this business. I always love seeing her and she is the ray of sunshine here. But the test are sitting there collecting paychecks and have no intention in being kind. More

Received great and wonderful service from Ashley at service department !! It was by far the best experience I had with any other dealership including Lexus dealership. I was treated very well at BMW of North Haven. The Sales Advisor, Basel Saad, with whom I worked, was cordial and very helpful in "moving" me through the leasing process. And the BMW Genius, Dia The Sales Advisor, Basel Saad, with whom I worked, was cordial and very helpful in "moving" me through the leasing process. And the BMW Genius, Diana Fink, was a good listener, very patient and quite informative in addressing all of my questions. I was appreciative of the fact that she encouraged me to call if I had any further questions. More
