Got the job done but not a great client BMW experience. Very poor arrival experience. No greeting or anyone telling you what to do or what was going to happen. Finally had to ask what the process was and then some guy came over. Just expected a lot more from a high end dealership. My service tech once we got going was nice and got things done.
